About us
How we became, what we are ...
The Band from Hameln was found in 2005 and is set up with it´s two members
Christian “Mr.Armon” Armgardt (E-guitar, Harmonica, Drum-box, backing vocals) and
Florian “Mr.Garborkel” Bork (Vocals, Bass, 12-string guitar, vintage E-guitar).
The bank assistant and the child-minder noticed themselves on a birthday-party
and went to take a “multi-vitamin-juice” together and play a little guitar.
So they became a band that is burning every party! In their up to 5 hour
program the have a mixture country-music and oldies and also a lot of charme
and humor. The band´s name is of course an homage to the well known popular
artists “Simon & Garfunkel” and is made of their second names Armgardt and
Bork. Before that names like “Time-Travel”, “Warp in time” or “Back to the
past” were thought about. They look up to Artists like Roxette, Johnny Cash,
The Blues Brothers and many more.
